When can I expect my order to arrive
The arrival date-range of each item will vary slightly depending on your location and the items that you have purchased. Generally an order will require from one to two days to process. This in addition to the "Delivery Method" will determine when your shipment will arrive.

Return/Exchange Policy
- Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We can not accept returns for items damaged in transit where damage was not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting shipment. Please report damages immediately.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging as shipped to you by Aurora. Any items returned in packaging other then the original packaging can not be accepted.
- You must request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by filling out our return authorization form. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# can not be accepted.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you received your shipment.
Restocking Fee
- There is a 15% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
- Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be charged 30% restocking fee.
- Returns/Exchanges received 30 days after an RA is issued will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped by either ourselves or the manufacturer. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped by either us or the manufacturer the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.
